About this apartment rental
Relax in a fully updated top-floor Palm Coast condo overlooking the colorful courtyard at European Village. Designed for up to two guests, our Top-Floor Condo-Near Ocean Beaches & Dining offers a queen bedroom, comfortable living area, full kitchen, dedicated workspace and French doors with courtyard views.
Restaurants, shops and scheduled entertainment are located downstairs, while the nearest Atlantic beach is approximately a four-minute drive away. Palm Coast’s trails, parks, Intracoastal waterways and nature preserves are also within easy reach.
Historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach are each approximately 30 minutes away. Orlando is about a 90 minute drive.
The bedroom includes a queen bed, storage and a 55-inch television. A second 55-inch television is located in the living space. Guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi and full Spectrum Cable TV access through streaming and a cable box.
The kitchen is well-equipped for short and extended stays with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and dining essentials. Enjoy meals at the table beside the French doors while taking in the European Village view.
The bathroom provides a shower, double sinks and ample counter space. A new LG washer and dryer are located in the shared secured hallway immediately outside the condo and are accessible to guests of either unit. Free parking is available on the premises, and check-in is at 4:00 p.m. or earlier if possible. Checkout is by 10:30 a.m.
European Village is a lively mixed-use destination. Restaurants, shops, courtyard activities and occasional live entertainment on weekends are part of the experience, and music may be audible during Fridays and Saturdays.
The French doors open to a Juliet-style railing. This provides fresh air and a courtyard view, but it is not a walk-out balcony with outdoor seating.
The nearest Atlantic beach is approximately four minutes away by car. The intracoastal waterway and walking/biking trail is across the street within walking distance. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted.

The place was very nicely decorated and very clean. The only thing that was inconvenient is that the temperature stayed at 75 and we were unable to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable temperature.

Host was very responsive, but air conditioning wasn’t working well , tech had to come out twice .
