The outdoor is designed as a perfect relaxation area with Mediterranean garden and spectacular seaview. Guests can enjoy and relax on the sun loungers around the heated outdoor swimming pool with massage tips and counter-current swimming. Outdoor barbecue, fully equipped summer kitchen and a bar with professional sound system located around the pool area are a perfect addition for those who enjoy relaxing with their family or friends during the hot summer afternoons. The first floor is designed as a lounge area with living room, dining area and kitchen while two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a balcony with breathtaking seaview are located on the second floor. The third floor consists of one spacious and elegant bedroom with king size double bed, en suite bathroom with a bath tub, living area with SAT-TV and a kitchenette. Living area has access to a private balcony with marvelous view of the sea and the coast. The ground floor is designed as a recreation area equipped with bar with professional sound system, infrared sauna, shower and a game room with table football and Playstation. Like a true oasis of peace and tranquility, this luxurious villa will provide the ideal sanctuary for all admirers of the Mediterranean climate and the Adriatic sea. Villa Marija is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, safe, baby cot, high chair, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, glassware,washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, underfloor heating, sauna and kayaks.
