A spacious 80 square meter living room with large sofa, wide screen LCD, bar spacious indoor kitchen with every ammenity, 5 spacious en suite double bedrooms 2 en suite triple bedrooms, air-conditioned. A marvelous 200 meter square porch that provides the most amazing NW view to the islands of Vis, Šolta, Brač and mainland Split. Right in front of the porch lounge area there is a 77 meter square heated pool. The fireplace/barbecue area is large enough for a party of up to 100 and has a moreintimate family size covered dining area with a large wooden table. Three garages suitable for three cars; with a quad vehicle and motorscooter for your personal use. Villa is situated on the 7000 meter square plot that is surrounded with the 2.5 meter tall wall. Around villa on the plot there are 70 planted olive trees.

Great experience. Our host was wonderful; she stayed out of the way yet was there for anything we needed (lives in one of the 2 guest houses on the beautiful property). She set us up with transportation to town who were there for our every need and really made the stay everything we expected and more. It’s a beautiful property - so relaxing and beautiful. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

The house is situated beautifully on the top of a hill with amazing views, especially at sunset. The property manager, Martina, was always available to help. There were a few issues but most were solved very quickly by her.

We spent one-week off-season on Hvar. It was amazing, nice people and sea was great for swimming. The owner is very nice and friendly. Villa has the best views over-looking the sea. We did some great hiking tours and were amazed by the diversity of the Island, we come across some great villages, definitely worth visiting. Villa was very clean and well equipped.

Hvar is just such an amazing place to stay. You just feel alive when you are there. Villa gave us great comfort and the owner was so helpful, organized us a taxi when we needed, yacht trips etc. The views from the villa are just breath taking I could just move there and stay for ever. thank you guys!

We spent the most amazing vacation on Hvar, villa is absolute top location very well equiped and the owner was most welcoming and helpful. Kreso organized for us daily yacht trips picked us up from the airport in Split with his great Rubber boat and we were on the Island in no time!!! I would definitely recommend this villa!
