Discover amazing local attractions within a short drive, including Alpine Meadows Golf Course, Joseph Branch Railriders, Joseph Oregon Paddle, Joseph City Park, Wallowa Lake Trailhead, and Ferguson Ridge Ski Area. This darling home offers impressive mountain views from the front deck and Prairie Creek views from the back. Inside, discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines both living and dining areas into one. The living room provides you with a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably and relax - kick your feet up and prepare for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the Roku smart TV or playing board games. There are also children's toys and books if you are traveling with kiddos. Channel your inner chef and surprise your group with your culinary skills with a well-appointed kitchen that has all the essentials to prepare the most delicious homemade meals and treats. Additional perks include an outdoor picnic table and a small fenced area for your dogs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
