About this house rental
Come stay in my brand new furnished, completely fenced-in 3 bed/2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is just a 3-minute drive from downtown Knoxville and is conveniently close to all the best restaurants and shops downtown Knoxville has to offer! The house's location also makes it an ideal home base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijamās natural center.

-New flooring update! We recently updated our flooring.
-The entire home consists of the following: kitchen, dining room, living room(high chair access), a private bathroom, patio, and a hot tub

-Spacious living room with a 60-inch TV with fast internet
-A nice cozy indoor fireplace
-Comfy living room coaches
-New water heater
-New AC/Heating unit
-All-season hot tub āØļø

This home was such a charming find tucked away on a quiet little street. It felt peaceful from the moment we arrived. While there werenāt any grocery stores within walking distance, Uber delivery was quick and easy, and the nearby Kroger made stocking up simple.The backyard was surprisingly spaciousāplenty of room for my kids to run aroundāand the hot tub was spotless and incredibly easy to use. The kitchen was wellāequipped with all the dishes and cookware we needed; just be sure to add condiments to your grocery order. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.One of my favorite features was the large front porch with its cozy rocking chairs. It became our goāto spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The whole house was decorated with such thoughtful, cute touches that made it feel instantly welcoming. Having a washer and dryer right in the kitchen was a huge convenience for our family.Overall, this home was perfect for our family of four. My young kids had tons of space to play and truly had the best time. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

It is a nice clean house with a large yard. The Host replied with very prompt messages and resolved all our questions.
