Great place and location was great too!
Ac units struggled to keep up during recent heat wave, so smaller room type units were in place. Window vents were poorly and/or quickly installed, so I had to properly reseal the window vents to keep hot air from coming back in. The Dishwasher didn’t work and smelled of stagnant water, so had to hand wash everything. And like other rentals we had previous careless type renters had all the fridge shelves missing and/or broken, so made food placement a challenge.

The only think we liked is location.
I am not sure if owner is aware but the management is the worst management ever. In 100 degrees AC wasn’t working and management lady named Cindy mentioned she checked a day before. Thermostat did not even had batteries which owner figured. Water was leaking from kitchen bottom sink cabinet. When tried to text management lady in stead of helping she texted me for bothering her with asking for basic amenities such as ac and parking. Parking is not dedicated to tenant. Anyone could park and tenant is being asked to check each car without parking tag and call the tow truck. What the hack.. if I am paying I should be getting dedicated parking if I can’t it’s owners responsibility to figure it out. I have to pay to park on the street. I think owner should check on management not to loose tenants in future. I have whole history of text with management and it’s just very rude.
