Location. Near Boardwalk and clean beach.
Good beds, sheets and towels.
Adequate kitchen supplies.
Good water pressure in sink and shower.
Needs repairs. Maintenance came immediately to fix table twice and fix other things: door closure and add light. He brought requested kitchen items. Was concerned that they did not connect with me before I arrived(email and or phone). Wasn’t sure if it was a scam cause I couldn’t connect with them.
Dining table and sofa need to be replaced.
Toilet keeps running.

Location was great and we had a beautiful view of the ocean!
The property was nice. Overall we had a little bit of an issue with one of the toilets inside and the couch was definitely on its way out, but other than that, it was great.

One of the chairs was missing rubber feet and scratched the floor - the toilet in the main bathroom had already been jeri-rigged with a key ring and ceased to function altogether just before we left - the air vent in the hall and closet need a good cleaning (your guests are breathing that stuff) - couldn't get the ceiling fan in the living area to work - the microwave needs to be replaced - there were no coffee cups in the kitchen and there should at least be a broom available.

Location plus the space was perfect
It’s a great location. But I believe that the place needs a little touch up like fixing the door handles dinner table needs fixing, toilet wasn’t working properly the couch needs to be replaced and some other things need a little help so that people would come back and recommend the place to others.
