The location was perfect. However, the apartment needs TLC. The staff was courteous and provided the things that were missing promptly.
The windows and AC units were not sealed so flies and bugs were getting inside the unit. The blinds in the bathroom were broken. The grounds need maintenance. And the charcoal grill was not in good shape. Impossible to use so I am surprised they advertised that.

A lot of trash everywhere. Broken mini blinds especially in bedroom areas. No privacy.

The location is incredibly convenient to the boardwalk, food, and more. The house is comfortable. The staff assigned to us was easy to reach and nice to work with when we had questions upon arrival.
The place needs some TLC. There were ants on the kitchen counter, despite us having no food or drink there when noticing them. The shower is extremely small. Toilet seat and towel hooks broken upon arrival, blinds broken in nearly every window, the king-size bed headboard is just loosely hanging around and smacked us when we first arrived, refrigerator shelves broken upon arrival, noticeable gashes in the walls. It just feels very run down inside.
