I love their facilities—it’s clean, spacious, and smells good. Also a big plus that it’s beach front.
Not really a dislike because we’ve been notified of this but there’s no bus stop nearby, so we had to walk back & fort to Miyanoura port.

Traditional tatami room with beautiful shoji doors and comfortable beds
Poor communication by the host. Was advertised as luggage storage being available but upon arrival there was nobody present. Moreover, host was not very responsive at all to booking.com’s messages, and multiple messages were simply never answered. Took 15 minutes for them to respond on WhatsApp when we were stuck waiting in front of a closed door in 100deg heat.
Also, and maybe this is my own fault, but it was not clear to me we had rented the villa next to the one with the nice beach-side view. This could’ve been made clearer during booking.
Finally, the location is nice if you want beach-side property, but you will definitely need a bike if you want access to museums, shops and restaurants.
