MRT最寄駅から徒歩10分、AC・バス・バルコニー付き、ダブルベッドの広い個室で一泊300B前半という宿です。
1階には食堂（というより調理場？）、売店があり、近所には7-elevenが3軒、屋台・食堂・売店なども充実。
インド、パキスタン、ネパールの方メインのマンション空き部屋を短期貸ししている宿なので、これらへの旅経験があり好きな人であればどこよりも落ち着けるかもしれません（計10泊以上してしまった私のように）。
ワットアルン、BigCへも徒歩30分。近くに落ち着けるお寺も3軒あるほか、ナイトマーケットもいくつかあります。
殺風景な内装・家具、灯りは蛍光灯1本だけ、温水シャワーなし、共用部にはゴミが落ちていることしばし…などの欠点もありますが、細かいことを気にしない人であれば最高の宿だと思います。
