Location, location and location. Close to the beach, food places, malls/shops, entertainment and everything. Well maintained and accessible apartment. Power stayed on through Hurricane Lala.
Not that something can be done immediately…We probably would not have found this, if it wasn’t for Hurricane Lala.. during Aug 15th night’s strong stormy wind gusts, the sliding door screeched periodically the entire night, as if someone was trying to rip it off of it hinges. Two of the four elevators in tower 1 didn’t work on Monday 17th, causing a LOT of delays in coming down (30-35 min wait times) and upset folks. No general provisions other than salt and pepper/oil. No dishwasher as well.
