Sleeps 6: King Bed in Master, twin-over-full bunk in second bedroom, 2 baths, gas grill (tanks not filled).

Includes standard 4-passenger golf cart. An extra golf cart is available for $525/week, reserved by phone. **Golf carts are not allowed outside Ocean Lakes; no under-21 drivers. Violation means group eviction. Zero tolerance for drugs; violations mean eviction.**

Non-Pet Friendly House.
**Richeson Properties charges a third-party fee when booking through VRBO and a credit card processing fee for credit payments.**

Ocean Lakes offers nearly 1 mile of oceanfront, gated security, a large pool, water park, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball, fishing, playgrounds, and more!
