About this house rental

Located in Burke, this lovely house for $285 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Peaceful Mountain Delight Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Take some time to relax and reconnect with nature at this custom-built, three-story home on 12 acres! This well-appointed rustic charmer is located near ski slopes and fantastic local attractions, including Burke Mountain, Burke Mountain Fire Tower, Heaven's Bench, Pulpit Rock, Victory State Forest, Darling State Park, Peter Gilman Waterfall, and numerous trailheads. Additionally, the Burke X-country ski trail is on the property! The main living area is located on the second floor, offering rustic charm throughout mixed with modern amenities and appliances that will make your stay unforgettable. Curl up by the warmth of the wood stove in the living room and watch a fun show or movie on the TV with cable. There are many DVDs available as well. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with delicious homemade treats and meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the major appliances needed to show off your culinary skills. The home enjoys a spacious second-floor deck with majestic views of Burke Mountain and a picnic table on the patio that is perfect for alfresco dining. Additional perks include a working desk with two monitors, and a washer/dryer. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
