The Riverfront Express Gondola is just a short stroll from home and the Eagle Valley Trail can be picked up right from the complex property. The perfect all-season home base comes fully furnished for complete convenience. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for all your mealtime needs. The living room offers a place to relax after the day's activities, with a smart TV offering cozy comfort and entertainment. The private deck will be calling you to morning coffee or aprés-skis. It also includes a gas grill for alpine barbecues. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
