The location of this place is amazing. You are still inside the old town, but a bit outside, so the area is much more calm, lots of nice cafes and restaurants around at very good prices, and you are 20 min walking into Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and so on.
Filippo was very attemptive as a host. He was there to show us the flat, explain everything and gave us very good recommendations. The flat is in an old building. We knew this beforehand and knew that it has no elevator (2 floor, with steep stairs). For us it was completely fine, but important for other travelers to know. It may also be important to know that old flats in Italy have smaller energy sockets :)
