Good location, but overall an uncomfortable stay with several disappointing issues.

The only positive was the location, as it was just a 5-minute walk from both the metro and tram stops. However, considering the price, I believe it would have been worth paying a little more to stay somewhere closer to the city centre with better facilities and comfort.

Overall, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was split over two floors, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, which was very inconvenient. The shower was extremely small and could barely fit one person, and there was so little space in front of the toilet that you couldn’t even sit comfortably. The upstairs floor creaked loudly, the staircase was very narrow, and there was almost no soundproofing—we could hear everything, and other guests could hear us as well. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper for two people staying seven nights, which was clearly not enough. At one point the electricity went out, and the host didn’t reply until about 24 hours later.

Cold 🥶

Great location , comfortable bed

Lack of heating, when I sent that I'm cold the answer is that the general instructions are that you are spoiled if you're cold. The heaters weren't even open the hours that the instructions said. As a result I had to shower at specific times and then run in a cold room upstairs at a very narrow stairs to get under the blanket. Not a pleasant experience if you book in the winter.

Great apartment

Amazing flat with great location, cozy and stylish design. It was so comfortable to stay there, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in.

El lugar es perfecto, el baño muy limpio, te colocan buen jabón, te dejan varias toallas. La habitación perfecta en iluminación, te ponen varias almohadas. Excelente aire acondicionado. Tiene todos los artefactos bien, lavadora, refrigerador, etc.

Quizás la escalera para subir a la habitación del segundo piso, la escalera es estrecha y es imposible subir una maleta grande, yo por mi parte subí las cosas por tramo, ropa, accesorios etc. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero está a menos de 10 minutos de un metro, asique igual es bastante accesible y facil de llegar.

I servizi non sono stati impeccabili, all’arrivo in struttura non ho trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua, dei tovaglioli e nemmeno una macchinetta del caffè. Pavimenti rumorosi, struttura da migliorare.
