Lovely location. Quiet and just a few minutes walk to the market place and main square. Fantastic tram connections close by. Very quiet too. Lovely shower in bathroom and washing machine if you choose to use.

Location
The apartment is exactly as pictured, and while I believe they could improve the bathroom, it urgently needs maintenance.
And a tip for homeowners: since it's summer, please provide fans.

We have very fond memories of our stay in Poznań. The apartment’s location was excellent – everything was within easy walking distance, including the city centre, shops, cafés, and restaurants. The area was quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed because the apartment did not look like it did in the photos. The decorative elements that gave the place its character were no longer there. We also noticed a few issues that could be improved: some of the electrical outlets did not appear very safe, we experienced problems with water draining from the shower, and there were hairs left in the bathroom.

Dobra lokalizacja, prysznic spoko - dobre ciśnienie i temperatura wody.
Popsuta sofa w salonie - nie można z niej było skorzystać aby usiąść. Okrągła Klapa od sedesu, który był prostokątny - więc kompletny brak komfortu z korzystania z toalety. Czystość podłogi wątpliwa. Nieprzyjemny zapach w korytarzu. Zdjęcia z booking kompletnie odbiegają od rzeczywistości, brak kwiatów, nie ma tego klimatu pokazanego na zdjęciach. W opisie apartamentu jest też ogród - którego de facto brak, nie ma nożliwości wyjścia na żaden ogródek. Brak hasła do wifi - trzeba pytać osobno i czekać na odpowiedź, kontaktowałam się SMS - brak odpowiedzi, na maila odpisali z hasłem na drugi dzień.
W sypialni ściana brudna z plamami.
