Don’t stay here.

Its location.

It was dirty. The shower was so dirty it could not be used. The host offered to have it cleaned but did not show up to fix the issue. The linens didn’t smell fresh. There are no toiletries as expected, despite being in the description. The door code did not work on arrival which meant we could not access the apartment. Frankly disgusting.

Worst part of my life……

Dirtiest place I ever seen…I spend 107€ per two nights, when I came there the door code didn’t work and I waited more than one hour for get an another code…….the worst service I ever seen…..I didn’t stay there I came out and booked an another hotel for 86 € euros it’s named by hotel ramka 100 times better than this shit………

Po przyjechaniu do apartamentu okazało się, że podano nam błędny kod do apartamentu, potem okazało się, że goście meldujący się do apartamentu obok mieli ten sam problem, dodzwonienie się na infolinię zajęło chwilę, natomiast jak już się to udało dość szybko otrzymaliśmy poprawny kod. drzwi do łazienek są szklane, półprzeźroczyste, w zlewie w łazience bardzo wolno schodzi woda. meble poniszczone, pocięte. cienkie ściany, słychać gości z pozostałych apartamentów.

Напис було зроблено дитячою присипкою. Це було зроблено не зі злості й не з метою щось пошкодити, а лише для того, щоб звернути увагу на якість прибирання та спонукати клінінгову компанію відповідальніше ставитися до своєї роботи. На жаль, під час заселення чистота апартаментів не відповідала очікуванням. Підлога була липкою через засохлі солодкі напої й буквально прилипала до ніг. За ліжком лежали використані брудні серветки. Рушники та постільна білизна також були брудними, а в самих апартаментах відчувався дуже сильний запах сигаретного диму. До самих апартаментів у мене претензій немає. Єдині зауваження стосуються роботи клінінгової служби та інформації про помешкання. Апартаменти позначені як придатні для проживання з дітьми, однак для сім’ї з дитиною вони практично не облаштовані: є лише сковорідка, але немає ні мікрохвильової печі, ні навіть звичайної каструлі, що значно ускладнює приготування їжі. На мою думку, ці апартаменти добре підійдуть для пари або молодих людей, але для проживання з дітьми вони не є достатньо комфортними. Сподіваюся, мої зауваження допоможуть покращити якість прибирання та зробити опис житла більш відповідним до реальних умов.

Po przyjechaniu do apartamentu okazało się, że podano nam błędny kod do apartamentu, potem okazało się, że goście meldujący się do apartamentu obok mieli ten sam problem, dodzwonienie się na infolinię zajęło chwilę, natomiast jak już się to udało dość szybko otrzymaliśmy poprawny kod. drzwi do łazienek są szklane, półprzeźroczyste, w zlewie w łazience bardzo wolno schodzi woda. meble poniszczone, pocięte. cienkie ściany, słychać gości z pozostałych apartamentów.
