The apartment is totally suck…sorry

None of it

First time I step on the property i knew wouldn’t like it but when i ask to the owner where is the remote control of the air conditioning because its 28 degrees Celsius outside he replied that according to city regulation , air conditioners can be used from June 15…i endured three nights without sleeping well coz its so hot but when you open the door in the terrace its also so noisy…it sucks …that is my first and last and i wont go back there anymore…

Well-cared apartment in Milan, nice stay

The property was clean, and it looks like exactly like the photos. There is a lot of space for keeping your luggage. They provided towels.

The location. It was a little far away from the city center. Although there is a metro line, you have to take two different lines to go to a lot of places.

After all this constant discomfort and stress, the only good thing was the Wi-Fi.

I have been traveling around the world for a long time, and of course, my constant companion in this journey is Booking.com. However, in all these years, I’ve never encountered such a frustrating experience. Here’s what happened recently: I contacted the property to ask if it would be possible to check in at 3:00 AM. They responded that they offered self-check-in, so everything seemed straightforward. But when I arrived in Milan, no information about the check-in process was provided, and my messages went unanswered. As a result, I had to spend the entire night at the airport, freezing and stressed out. In the morning, I finally received a reply stating that check-in was possible only after 3:00 PM, and the password for the key case would be sent at 10:00 AM. At 3:00 PM, we arrived at the apartment, only to be told that it wasn’t ready yet and that we’d need to wait another three hours to check in, until 6:00 PM. It was freezing outside, and after a sleepless night at the airport, this added even more stress. When we tried contacting the property, we encountered rude and indifferent behavior from the woman we spoke to over the phone. Eventually, we were allowed to check in—alongside the cleaning staff, which was completely unacceptable. The apartment itself was freezing cold: the air conditioning units didn’t work, and there were no remotes to turn them on for heating. We were told to “wait and it will get warmer,” but no action was taken. Additionally, the bedding had bloodstains, and the bathroom was covered in mold. Dear travelers, I strongly advise against booking this property! Protect your nerves and health by avoiding such places and being extra cautious when choosing accommodations.

Die Wohnung ist gut für Familien geeignet. Die Gegend angenehm und liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Der Preis ist angemessen – insgesamt alles in Ordnung und gut. Das Einzige, was etwas stört, ist der Lärm in der Nacht durch den Verkehr.
