The location is perfect for being in the mix and close to bourbon street
I prefer a property with hands on staff to address my needs and concerns. Plus upon check in there was a hiccup with my room as it was occupied by someone else. I had to call the 800 # in order to be relocated to another room

The property was close to everything which made getting around much easier.
The use of access codes to enter. Upon arrival to the unit and making it inside the deadbolt lock somehow jammed and there was no way to exit from out the room. Even though it didn’t require a code to exit the room not being able to turn the handle and leave made this a scary experience. The code couldn’t be reset to open the door and maintenance had to come break us out the room which was a hour later. Bathroom toilet had to be fixed after each use.
