Casa pulita, bellissimo terrazzo spazioso che dona molta luce all’appartamento.
La camera matrimoniale ha il bagno privato.
Molto comodo il self check-in.
Al momento del check-in online oltre ai costi della tassa di soggiorno vengono aggiunti i costi per le pulizie non specificati nel momento della prenotazione.
Il letto aggiunto per la quarta persona è una brandina pieghevole non proprio comodissima.

Clean, modern, and well-maintained apartment.
New furnishings and overall good condition.
Located in a safe, clean neighbourhood.
Convenient location with a Lidl supermarket nearby.
Private covered parking.
Responsive host.
Internet issue was fixed the next day.
A fair compensation of €75 was offered for the inconveniences experienced during the stay.

No prior warning about the closed pedestrian entrance, causing delays on arrival.
Internet was not working on arrival.
Broken shutter.
Apartment gets very hot; air conditioning cannot be set below 24°C.
Caution when booking for 4 adults: the 4th bed is a rollaway bed and not suitable for a comfortable stay for an adult.
Initial €80 cleaning fee was requested and only removed after discussion.
Be aware of additional costs: tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night plus a possible €80 cleaning fee. Check the total price carefully before booking.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig. Besonders gut hat uns auch die Terrasse gefallen. Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft optisch einen guten Eindruck.
Der größte Kritikpunkt war eindeutig der Schlafkomfort. Die Matratzen waren extrem unbequem und leider haben wir alle sehr schlecht geschlafen. Auch das Schlafsofa war unangenehm und hat bei fast jeder Bewegung gequietscht und geknarrt.
Außerdem entsprach die tatsächliche Bettenaufteilung nicht den Fotos, was für uns bei der Buchung durchaus relevant war.
Der Zugang zum Apartment war ebenfalls etwas umständlich, da man nur über die Tiefgarage hineingelangt und von dort noch einen längeren Fußweg bis zum Lift hat.
Ebenfalls negativ fanden wir, dass vorab (!) versucht wurde, zusätzlich 80 € Reinigungsgebühr zu verrechnen
