Es amplio, las estancias están bien de tamaño, la cocina tiene menaje suficiente para cuatro personas, sofá cómodo, buena calidad en sabanas y toallas. La zona es excelente, tranquila y segura., a 10’ de la estación Wagner. La comunicación con los dueños es vía wasap pero es rápida y buena, son muy amables.
La habitación pequeña no tiene A/C, en noches de calor puede ser un problema.
El apartamento está limpio aunque el baño necesita una limpieza a fondo, es la única estancia que hemos notado algo descuidada en la limpieza

Просторная квартира в старинном здании позволяет погрузиться в атмосферу жизни в Милане. В квартире все было чисто и подготовленно к нашему приезду. Хозяин дал нам четкие инструкции по заезду, так что это не вызвало проблем.
В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания: посуда, столовые приборы, полотенца и гель для душа, удобные кровати, кондиционеры.
Видимо из за того, что в квартире вода идёт из бойлера, горячая вода шла не равномерно и могла перестать идти, и приходилось ждать, стоя в душе под холодной водой, пока она не польется :( И в самую жару было не очень удобно, что в одной из спален нет кондиционера :(

We felt safe, the apartment is overall pleasant and charming. There is an elegant piano at the entrance. The hallway is paved with traditional Italian terrazzo contributing to the local charm. We also had two small baconies, one with inner court view and the other with street view.
The small bedroom is like a psychiatric ward, the bed sheets were used to cover a dirty duvet that will pop up from the sheets during the night! In the bathroom, there was only a small bar on the side of the basin to hang the towels near the bidet.
