NEVER come here. STAY AWAY

Nothing couldn’t even get in

Arranged with the staff before arriving that we would be able to drop our bags in a secure location from 12pm onward. Upon arrival we were instructed to a completely different building and was told to complete the online check in which wasn’t sent before arrival. After trying to call the host Arianna, she refused answer the phone and insisted that she could help be sending us messages over WhatsApp. 50 minutes later she told us we were in the wrong building and told us to go to 77 not 77a. We then went to the level she advised, she then told us a specific code to enter and to turn the lock to the left. After trying for about 1 hour she kept telling us to send her videos of us following the instructions which we did. She refused to answer the phone until we told her that we were leaving to go somewhere else. When she answered we showed her that we were following the exact instructions given and that it wasn’t working. The door was holding on for dear life it was hanging on by a thread and this was explained and she said it was fine. After over 2 and a half hours in the heat we decided it’s not worth it and we were going to need to find accommodation elsewhere. Arianna said she could organise someone to come down and help at 4pm (she couldn’t have done this to begin with but once we said we were leaving she could get someone to come down). We said it’s not worth it my family were feeling unwell from the heat and needed a place to stay. The owner of the apartment then called and said he is not giving us a refund and we can wait for someone otherwise it’s our bad luck. After finding accommodation elsewhere we received a message from Arianna multiple hours later saying that she had got someone to check to see if the door was working, in this video the person entered a completely different code to what was told to us and turned the door to the right not to the left. All of this proof is on messages with Arianna.

Very good location, very helpful owner

Very good location, just few steps from the metro station

Good choice.

The location is perfect and everything was perfectly clean except the floor . The customer service was no.1 and they answer any time with respect. There was enough towels and Ac is in every room. It is enough for 7 person.

Check out is at 10 which was too early for us with kids and no where to put luggage, but they gave us little extra time. There was only one toilet .

amazing

We enjoyed the size of the apartment, very clean, close to the station. Easy to get the keys, well organised.
