Personne très malhonnête !!!!!! A fuir !

Ce fut une très mauvaise expérience. J'ai l'habitude de voyager avec la plateforme et je dois dire que je suis assez déçue Je voyage seule avec un animal de compagnie chose que j'ai précisé à la propriétaire des lieux. Elle a accepté mon animal moyennant la somme de 35 € en plus de la location !!!! Une fois sur place elle m'a donné un document concernant les conditions de son logement sur lesquels étaient stipulé que je ne pouvais pas laisser l'animal de compagnie seul dans le logement..... Je dois dire que j'ai trouvé cette démarche très malhonnête puisque je l'ai prévenu en amont que je voyageais seul avec un animal de compagnie et elle ne m'a jamais fait état à un seul moment de ce fait. D'ailleurs cette condition n'apparaît pas non plus sur le site de quelques manières que ce soit sinon je n'aurais bien évidemment pas loué chez elle !! Devant mon interrogation, elle m'a clairement signifié que c'était à moi de trouver une solution : je précise que pendant mon séjour il y avait la canicule... Elle n'y a prêté aucune importance et m'a même clairement signifié que si j'avais des courses à faire, je devais laisser le chien attaché devant le magasin pendant que je faisais mes courses ! J'ai les messages échangés pour prouver mes dires! Je trouve cela totalement déplorable et dénué de tout empathie humaine...... je suis donc resté bloquée au domicile toute une journée ne voulant pas imposer à mon animal les fortes chaleurs. De plus je lui ai donné 40 € et elle ne m'a jamais remboursé les 5 € qu'elle me devait... Sachez également cher futur voyageur qu'il y a une machine à laver mais vous ne pouvez hélas pas vous en servir si vous séjournez chez elle moins de 7 jours il vous faut encore payer 5 € par lavage !! Et pour bien faire les choses cette dame a carrément enlevé le compartiment où nous mettons les lessives pour que le voyageur ne puisse pas utiliser sa machine...
