Super good!!

Location perfect, felt very safe 👌 apartment had all you need. Beds super comfy.

To much perfume in the apartment. We left windows open for a while to get fresh air in.

A/C don't work during our stay When Milan is 35℃

Apartment is in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to tram And Metro station. Though it is not quite in the city centre, pretty quick to get to attractions.

One reason I choose this apartment is it's equipped with A/C. Unfortunately all A/C just didn't work. You can turn them on but it never cool down the room. Milan was 35℃ during our stay there. Literally a torture stay inside a room with no working A/C. We barely got any sleep for 2 nights. And I tried to contact the owner, a lady came and tried to fix the A/C. But she doesn't speak any English I have no idea what she did. Moreover, this place requires You clean everything after you use, like cups, plates and bowls. Not only wash them but also you need to dry them and put them in a proper order. Else you will be charged for "cleaning fee". I have never seen this kind of "cleaning request" in my stays all over the world. Does this request mean owner don't clean the kitchen and dishes after every guest's stay? Apartment is not quite clean. Several dust in the corner. First night there's also a bug in my bed.

Casa Bonny, Milan

The facility is very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is new and smells amazing! The location is perfect - just across the street , there is tram line 15, which takes you to Piazza de Duomo and all tourist area. Also there is big supermarket nearby. You will not regret, if you visit Casa Bonny and Milan :)
