Perfect place if you have a short stay to see Milan!

It’s in the centre of Milan, so close To shops, transport and restaurant. We have everything we need for 2 days.

The 2nd bedroom is at the basement and it’s very nice but the stairs is so tiny and it’s hard for older people to use it.

Rude staff who cannot communicate in a pleasant way. The stairs down to the lower bedroom are very dangerous. The pillows are terrible & are not comfortable.

The staff were so communicative! Loved that they were responsively when we booked at 2am their time (6pm USA time), and also available to answer questions day and night Milan time. Short walk to the Duomo. Great choice!

Shower door downstairs didn’t shut tightly to seal, but okay to use a towel to dry the floor.

Great Location, cleaning standards need improvement

We stayed in this apartment in Milan for two nights, paying around €700 in total. The location is truly excellent – just around the corner from the Duomo and right next to the main shopping street. You really couldn’t ask for a better spot. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was very disappointing. There were hairs from previous guests in the kitchen and even inside the drawers. The dining table had clearly not been wiped – it still had old stains, water marks, and food residue. The bathroom floor also had visible marks left behind. The lower level of the apartment was extremely dusty, to the point that my friend developed a strong allergic reaction and could not sleep downstairs. This is especially concerning for anyone sensitive to dust or with allergies. When we contacted the host and sent photos, our concerns were dismissed. We were told we were exaggerating and that such issues are “normal” and cannot be avoided completely. The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional, rather than solution-oriented. Only after sending a video showing how easily the dirt could be removed with a wet cloth did the host say they would pass it on to the cleaning company. Additionally, the stairs to the lower level are very steep. As I am pregnant, it was not possible for me to safely use them. This apartment is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or anyone who has difficulty with steep stairs. Overall, the location is outstanding. However, if cleanliness and hygiene are important to you, this apartment may not meet expectations. It did not feel properly prepared for new guests, and improvements in cleaning standards are definitely needed.
