Really great location - you’re in the heart of the Brera district and it’s very close to some great shopping, restaurants and public transport. The apartment is well equipped for a short stay, with good appliances and air conditioning. The host was responsive and very helpful and stocked up on plenty of toiletries needed.
The apartment is on the main street so if you drive, just be mindful there is no parking. Not a huge issue as this will likely be the case for any apartment here. You need to have the keys to enter the front door, the entry and your apartment, which is a walk up to the first floor. We didn’t find it too inconvenient to get up with our bags but it might be an issue with bigger luggage.
My only thing would be the rain shower not having even pressure and not being the easiest to figure out, we were able to use the hand held shower head.
A lot of reviews on the noise, and yes, the tram is on until all hours of the night but once you sleep you can’t really hear it unless you’re a light sleeper.

Nice location, very nice staff who allowed us to put our luggages in before noon. Very large room with really nice projector so you can watch whatever you want.
It is noisy at night, and there is no door at the bathroom. The double bed is also a bit small. The front door is also a bit too close to the tram rail so you would feel like getting hit by the tram when there is one passing by during you get out or get into the building.
