The apartment complex will have scaffolding erected, balcony will not be accessible. It will undergo siding replacement and painting. There may be disruption and loud noise during the hours of 7am-7pm Monday - Friday with a possibility of work on Saturdays. Please note no refunds will be warranted due to the project. Imperial Beach is connected to Coronado by way of the Silver Strand, a narrow, 7 mile long isthmus, popular for camping, bird watching and bicycling. Getting Around: Imperial Beach is very walk-able! However a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Imperial Beach. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car! Other Things to Note: Please note that the only way into the unit involves stairs - either from the garage or from the outside entrance. We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online. Imperial Beach waters may not always permit water activities. Be sure to carefully read all posted signs to determine whether it is safe to enter the water. Your safety is our priority. Alternatively, consider a short 10-minute journey north to the stunning Coronado Beach, consistently ranked as the top beach in the nation.
