Accommodations were good. No TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms, not a big issue when traveling as a family. Neighborhood is great, convenient to restaurants and grocery

We rented this house for our out of town family coming in for our son’s wedding. It’s only about 3 mins from our house so we thought it would be great to have something near by for guests.
My only issue I had was they have cameras outside that they monitor during the stay. And called me on day 2 because they only seen one person at the house and not 4 that we reserved for. I don’t realize that we had to give a breakdown of when people arrive for their trip. It bother me that the house was watched like this. One guest showed for the whole week and others only came for a few days. I didn’t feel this was the owners business. They also made the comment that he left in the morning and didn’t come back until late. That’s because he was at our house. That is an invitation of privacy. As long as we don’t go over the mac # of people they say can rent the house it shouldn’t matter when people arrive.
I know that this is a new listing so there is always room for improvement.
I do wish the listing stated that all bedrooms are up stairs, elderly people might have been able to go up them. I feel the bedrooms could use bigger beds, king in master and queen in smaller room and doubles in the other. Would make it more useable, full size beds are hard for 2 adults or teens to share. Also the wasn’t any night tables next to the beds or dressers in some of the rooms. So now where to unpack, place a phone’s or a water glass at night.
Other then that we are happy to have a Vrbo near by!
