Head to the coast and enjoy an oceanfront getaway. Located in the Village of Newhaven, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo offers spectacular views of the Atlantic from almost every room. Enjoy relaxing on the private balcony as the waves roll in; you may even catch sight of dolphins passing by.
This beautifully renovated villa offers a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast nook as well as roomy living and dining areas for family time together. There are 2 King bedrooms, and the third bedroom has 2 full beds. Comfortable island living awaits.
When you’re ready to head out, you’ll find the island has much to offer from beach days to watersports and nature exploration.
6-seat electric golf cart included
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
Pets - not allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. Enjoyed the condo very much. It was close enough to everything we had going on while also being private at the same time. It was clean and stocked well for a family to cook meals.

Condo was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice quiet place. Loved sitting on balcony and looking out at the ocean. Would book again.
