This inviting split-level condo offers a comfortable and updated living space where you can relax and enjoy both ocean and bay views throughout your stay. Head downstairs to the nicely updated living area, designed with all the comforts of home, and prepare a quick meal in the well-appointed kitchen with new appliances and seating for four. After a day at the beach, step outside onto the large oceanfront balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The downstairs bedroom features its own balcony overlooking the Assawoman Bay, offering a beautiful spot to watch the famous Ocean City sunsets. A full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door, and when you're ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the large Century I sundeck and head straight to the beach.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

This is one of the taller buildings in OC and up on the 16th floor the views are outrageous, both ocean side and bay side from this condo. Beach access is easy and proximity to restaurants and stores is ideal. Recommend.
