We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. ** Please not that there are other units on the property. The laundry room and firepit area is a shared space. The laundry area is available upon request (After 4pm only, not guaranteed). - Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! - All guests will be required to send a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed. - Pets are not allowed. Any pets found on the property without prior notice will be charged a $300 fee. Emotional Support Animals and service animals are allowed with prior notice (fee of $100). - There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home. - Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee of $25. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to try and accommodate you and your family. - Checkout is by 10am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout hours as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests. - We can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 3 guests with an extra guest fee of $15/night per guest (with permission from host)(Applies for children over the age of 2). - The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. - You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area. - Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! - Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. - No parties or events. - No fireworks of any kind. - No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. - Please no food or drinks on the bed. - Use studio at your own risk. - Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine. - Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. **We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
