About this villa rental
The detached Villa Pavoncella is just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Campulongu in Villasimius. The gently sloping white sandy beach is perfect for families with children. There are various beach bars with beach lounger and boat hire, hotel facilities with restaurants and a small grocery store close to the beach. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Green lawns, colorful flower beds and dense hedges give you the feeling of being in a secluded Garden of Eden. Privacy is also perfectly maintained in the rear part of the garden with the beautiful pool. A brick-built outdoor shower with hot water has also been included. A shaded terrace by the house with comfortable upholstered furniture and sun loungers by the pool complete the picture. A second terrace next to the house with a brick barbecue, sink and large wooden table inspires cozy get-togethers on warm summer nights. In the entrance area of the house there is another terrace with comfortable seating. Two parking spaces are provided in the garden.
The entrance leads to the living room (high-speed WLAN) with dining table and sofas. The adjoining, new fitted kitchen is very practical and equipped with all important appliances. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms, also with adjoining bathrooms.
