This renovated Beach Home retains its outside classic charm, while offering a modern style with updated features! There are 3 bedrooms total; 2 on the 1st level, and a 3rd large bedroom on the 2nd level, that expands the entire length of the home featuring a 4 twin beds, 2 on each side of the staircase. The updated full bath features a tub/shower, and there is a new outdoor shower just steps out the side door. The eat in Kitchen, has been completely renovated, and provides all that you need. The gas grill, right outside the kitchen door, allows you to cook up a feast for your entire crew! The outdoor space has plenty of space, the patio structure will be painted this Spring! Hang out by the Fire Pit, the backyard space is perfectly designed for lounging and dining with outdoor lighting. It’s the perfect space to barbeque and relax, right under the stars! Centre Street Beach is just a few short blocks, and with the Beach cart allows you to easily transport chairs and umbrella. It's also one of just a few of the beach Haven beaches with restroom facilities at the beach entrance, which allows you to maximize your beach time. Walk to all the favorite Happy Hour spots, and Beach Haven’s preferred restaurants; The Black Whale, Tucker’s, Parker’s Garage, Buckelew’s, Bird and Betty’s, The Engelside, Sea Shell, Polly’s Dock and Dock and Claw! Who wants Ice Cream...Beach Haven favorite, Barry’s Do-Me-a-Flavor is a short block away…along with Brian Freeze and The Whoo Hoo! Do you want a “Night of Romance”, head to the Bay for Beach Haven’s amazing Sunset, then stroll to the Queen City’s Premiere Restaurant, The Gable’s. Don’t miss Wednesday nights in Bicentennial Park 2 blocks away on Centre Street, bring the beach chairs and blankets to hear some of the best shore bands, featuring Themed Tribute Nights. On select Saturday’s come back to the park for Flea Markets and Craft Fairs. The Beach Haven Museum and the LBI Maritime Museum are both walking distance.
