The Space:
**Through September 30th there may be street construction noise Sunday-Thursday from 9pm-6:30am**
Welcome to the heart of historic downtown Conway, where the fusion of past and present creates an exquisite ambiance in this modern loft. As you step through the entrance, you are greeted by exposed brick walls that tell tales of a bygone era, hinting at the rich history of the building. This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout

Property is located in an old downtown building that has been refurbished. It has a lot of character and makes the stay interesting rather than cookie-cutter. Check in process is smooth and communication with the owner was prompt. The location is a big plus. Once parked we were able to walk to anything downtown and to the riverfront. Easy access to 501 or 501 business.

Loved the place. First time in Conway. A lot more to do than thought. The only downside to the property is that there isn’t an elevator. It was a little difficult getting my large suitcase to the room. The host was really quick to respond to my messages. We would rent again if ever in the area.

The windows let in a lot of light at night as well as a lot of street noise. The water had a funny scent. The location was convenient. The television required personal logins with no cable available.
