This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Space:
**Through September 30th there may be street construction noise Sunday-Thursday from 9pm-6:30am**
Step into a spacious ground-floor loft featuring exposed brick walls, high ceilings adorned with original beams, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The open layout includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining space perfect for enjoying meals together. This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The bathroom combines elegance with convenience, featuring a sleek shower and modern fixtures.

Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout

Very cute place however the cleaning was a little bit off. The floors were dirty like they hadn't been mopped in months. The Happyguest app was had to navigate when we got there. Conway however, is very nice place. The Riverwalk was relaxing to walk. And getting to the beaches was very easy during our stay.
