There are 4 parking spaces on the driveway. You are more than welcome to occupy any available spot. We are not providing the garage spaces as amenities. Sorry. The City of Palm Coast is strict about parking in residential areas. No commercial trucks or trailers, RVs, or Boats are allowed. The parking is limited to 4 cars. If you will park more than 2 cars on the driveway, please park them as a tandem. Don’t park on the lawn or on the street! It’s strict.
