About this cottage rental
Built in 1870, our cozy cottage is located behind one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree.
The Cottage Studio has a peaceful charming ambiance. Tucked away behind the main house the studio has an off-street parking in the driveway and a secluded patio area.
The modern and farmhouse aesthetic features a full kitchen. 2 skylights, vaulted beam ceilings, fireplace, A/C/heater, desk, Wi-Fi, cable TV. "40" TV w/swing arm for in-bed movie watching. The beautiful Pottery Barn desk is set up for those who work remotely. There are 2 closets in the living area with shelves plus a clothing bar.

This was our first time in Petaluma, so having a really smooth experience was really appreciated. The cottage was comfy, clean and well-stocked. The bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow, so cozy!Great neighborhood, close to everything. We recommended this property!

Very cozy comfy and well stocked! This was perfect location with short walk to downtown. Shops and great eats nearby. Recommend Rays for sandwiches and Vulpis for a great dinner!! The neighborhood is b e a u t i f u l! Spring flowers everywhere

The hosts were warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this comfortable well located cottage. Everything that was needed was there. The cottage was cozy and tasteful.
