Nestled in Lakeside, this charming cabin for $239 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Rock Harbor Cottages. "The Boathouse" spent the last 50+ years as a waterfront storage shed. We were faced with a tough decision, tear it down or rebuild it. We turned it into an amazing cottage, not on the water but IN the water. The view is second only to the over sized 3+ person jacuzzi tub. Nothing better than waking up in bed and opening your eyes to the amazing view and hearing the sounds of the water. Close to dining, shopping, beaches, Cedar Point, fishing, and Lake Erie. The space This is a private not shared unit. Located on the south shore of East Harbor, providing quick and easy acces to Lake Erie by boat. Feel free to bring your boat, kayak, paddleboard, ect and use the dock at no charge. No vessel no problem, we operate a charter boat right from the dock at the cottage, its visible in the pictures at the end of the dock. You can also fish from the dock for panfish and bass. Local piers provide access to Lake Erie's famed walleye and perch. The Boathouse boasts a fully equiped kitchen... Fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cookware and dinnerware. To help keep our rates reasonable guests are required to bring sheets, pillow cases, and bath towels. Upon request linen service can be arranged. we do provide basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, and toilet paper. It is small but so peaceful and right on the water. The inside is perfect. Beautiful sunsets! The tub is to die for. Bobbers restaurant is within walking distance, very friendly, not pricy, and excellent food. Fresh Walleye and Perch!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this little cabin, it was the perfect size for us! It was right on the water, the view was fabulous! Just sitting outside watching the boats and people on jet skis was so relaxing. So close to the ferry for Kelly's Island and lots of great restaurants and ice cream places too! HIGHLY recommended!

Tiny, but everything you need. Well designed every inch of space. So relaxing to wake up looking out over the waves lapping beneath you. Owner was great and very helpful.

We absolutely loved this house. We have already discussed returning for a longer stay. We only spend one night, but we fell in love. It was so relaxing to sit inside and watch out the sliding glass door at the water and the boats going by. We had some family stop over and enjoyed sitting out at the table. The queen size bed on the first floor was very comfortable. We only popped up to look at the loft, but it looked like a cozy place to sleep. The bathroom was huge and there was tons of places to store our belongings. Will definitely go back.

Very creative idea I could not stop looking at everything how it was done good job guys🙂 awesome location!!! Loved the fire table we only stayed 1 night and it rained the whole time and still loved it!!! Only thing it was missing was a fireplace on the wall would be perfect but without it is still very nice and clean!!! We will be coming back again. Thank you guys again!!!
