Excellent location. Short walking distance to the French Quarter. Cute little apartment. Several food options very close to the property. In room stackable laundry is available, wish that a single load detergent pack had been provided, but it was a nice option. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which is always appreciated. The space overall is very light and bright and clean in appearance. May just be missing a few small details that would level up the hospitality in a city that is renowned for it.
I enjoyed the visit and look forward to staying again.
The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, there was also some type of leak from the shower base which caused water to pool along the far wall of the bathroom. Due to this, noticed a few silverfish crawling in the bathroom at times.
The sofa bed has not been detailed in quite some time, it seems. There is staining on the cushion and bits of trash visible under the bed when it is pulled out.

Great location, easy access, and spacious
The pullout bed was very uncomfortable, the master bathroom soap was empty, the bathroom sinks and showers didn’t drain, and the kitchen was very poorly stocked.
