I can’t say enough good things about this property. Kathleen met us at check-in and personally walked us to our room. The room was amazing, the attention to design and detail was phenomenal. The restaurant, the food, and the service were also excellent. If you ever get a chance to come to Mount Kilimanjaro 360 View cottage do yourself a favor and book it!

Everything about this hotel was amazing - we arrived in Arusha at 1AM before leading a tour of 28 on safari and wanted some downtime in an authentic local real experience, not big tourist hotels. Took about an hour to get out to Moshi, but very worth it with views of the mountain. The staff, the owners, the views, the room, the grounds, the personal tours/walks around the gardens showing how they grow everything. The overall vibe is real Africa - for a traveler. If you want an authentic experience, not huge package hotels, this is the place. You actually feel like you are somewhere, not cookie cutter. The owners and staff do a wonderful job. If you dont want everything to be "perfect' like at home - which can get boring.. whats the point of leaving home, but want to feel like you are traveling and experiencing, stay at this lodge. Everything was a 10.
