Good value for money, clean and spacious for Tokyo standards
The floor wasn’t too clean, 20 mins to restaurants and bars but that should be expected if you look at the map

We liked that the train station was close by with a lot of stores and restaurants in the near vicinity of the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean with easy communication for any questions we might have had.
Check- in and check out was a breeze and the location gave a lot of options for exploring.
We also disposed a bag through the hotels own service witch was simple and easy.
Not having the linens changed meant we had to clean them ourselves during our 3 week trip but it was only a minor inconvenience.

Easy to reach from Haneda Airport, very close to Omorimachi station, suitable for family hotel, new and clean building with sufficient equipment for family needs.
Trash can only be thrown out on Mondays and Fridays. The pillows are thin and only one is provided per person.
