Great Location location easy walk to the Duomo and centre of the city. All main attractions within walking distance. Very clean and overall a very well appointed apartment
The outdoor shutters were a little difficult to open and close but not a real concern. Overall a very well appointed apartment.

Location was perfect.
It got a bit complicated to get the key since we couldn’t locate the lock box, it was behind a locked door. The host responded promptly and the situation resolved. Also the AC was not very effective. The parking was very expensive

It was fairly spacious. The bed was fine.
Very difficult to access and no reception at all to assist.
The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and the lift was broken on 2 days out of 3 including both arrival and departure days.
On a busy noisy road which meant opening the windows was impractical and the air conditioning for the unit was very inadequate.
It was quite expensive and was not serviced unless at additional cost.
