Good location, close to Metro station, safe/paid carpark a few minutes away from the building. Well-equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. 24h superparket nearby. Good communication with the host.
Not much space in the living room/kitchen area once the sofa is folded out, the sofa not really comfortable.
Be careful while walking near the bed in the bedroom - protruding wooden pieces supporting the bed.

Excepț the fact that is close to metro station and was free-cancelation...I don' t recommend
The communication with the owner is good.
I invite the owner to stay and sleep there for one night:
1. The bad and the sofa are horrible to sleep in (you leave with you back in pain, and with your ears squeaking). Not even good bedsheets and pillows (c'mon!!)
2. The walls seem to be cardboard...is like you are sleeping with all the neighbours and and top of of...is like you are outside
3. Very dirty floor: all white sox became black
4. Al the apartment is obsolete...needs overall renovation
Worst accomodation for me, for years
