The location for where we needed to be was excellent.
A spacious apartment with everything we needed for 1 night.
Really clean and modern facilities.
A busy street, lots of road noise. I can see this being very loud when all the students have moved in but we choose to be here for the location of helping our daughter settle .Be aware that there there are 2 flights of stairs if less mobile.

A good overnight stay to watch cricket at Sefton Park. In walking distance to Sefton Park and Lark Lane, where we had dinner.

Spacious enough for five of us adults and exceptionally clean throughout. Location was good and quiet despite being a corner property at street level. Check-in was straight forward and we felt safe. Sofa bed and extra bedding very handy. Extra towels were provided as we requested.
Beds are small for doubles and the mattresses are on the soft side rather than firm. A couple of the dining chairs are a little wobbly. Insufficient number of mugs and crockery - not a big deal as we just shared and washed.
