We was seeking for multiple options to stay on Tokyo for few days - and pick up this as final variant.
Bonus free umbrellas and cultural events, which for my unlucky I missed
Very small area for shoes and no specific storage for them, except lockers for flip-flops

Good location, friendly staff, everything was very well layed out and documented.
Hot and cold water would have been nice.

Location
The location is convenient, with about a 10–15 minute walk to Asakusa Station and 5–7 minutes to Tameike-Sanno Station. There are also plenty of nearby convenience stores and restaurants.
The room was not properly ventilated. The moment I entered, I noticed a bad odor, which was especially unpleasant since I stayed during summer. The guesthouse also seemed to be particularly popular with Western/white travelers.
