Super comfy and cosy! Clean and exactly what I wanted

Apartment bright, comfortable and well equipped.
Location great for access to Belfast and the South.
Entry to buildings utilitarian and not inviting. Social Club opposite very noisy till late on Friday and Sat evenings.
Bar stools need repairing - not stable. Reported on day one but not repaired or replaced that week.

Flat was more or less clean. Bed was ok. It is close to bus stop.
Well equipped, wifi, iron, hairdryer…
The surrounding were very dirty, also the building was dirty, smelly and full of spiderwebs (like it wasn’t clean for some time). Luckily the flat was much better. But, there the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied, also the bin from coffee machine was full of used capsules. There were just 2 capsules that we could use.
The worst thing was that we could not close the window in bedroom (i think something was damaged that we couldn’t close it), so it was pretty cold during the night.
Also they changed the lock number and forgot to inform us.
