Все было прекрасно. Мы жили неделю, в квартире было все необходимое: посуда для приготовления еды, утюг, стиральная и сушильная машины, даже зонт для пляжа. В квартире 4 этажа, сначала это кажется неудобным, но на 2-й день к этому привыкаешь и это не проблема.
В квартире была идеальная чистота.
Рядом остановка и старый город.
Ничего.

1. Very good location;
2. Two bathrooms;
3. Pleasantly quiet (we saw signs of neighbor's construction work in the yard, but it ended before us. And the usual noise from the street or from neighbors was almost completely inaudible);
4. The apartment contains almost everything needed for a week-long stay (from tableware to household appliances).
1. In the shower stall of the upstairs bathroom, the broken or missing handles for the water mixer and the shower mode selector absolutely must be replaced! Additionally, the toilet seat is not fixed right and keeps sliding to the side;
2. The heating control panel and the TV in the bedroom are not working (they won't even turn on);
3. The cleaning is not up to standard, creating an impression of untidiness on the part of the hosts (I am sure this does not reflect the company as a whole, but rather a local "human factor" specific to this property—something that can and should be addressed and improved);
4. Overall, everything is quite worn, showing clear signs of use by many guests; it requires either an renovate or better care and cleaning (for example, the walls and ceiling in the bedroom and the adjacent bathroom are stained from squashed mosquitoes; the bedroom carpeting is worn, making it look even less tidy and clean; the headboard is worn from contact with many people's backs and has partially discolored; the table in the kitchen-dining area and the toilet lid in the upstairs bathroom are scratched; there is a crack in the glass flooring near the stairs, etc.);
5. The absence of dishwasher tablets, spare towels and pillows, cooking oil and pepper, and a kitchen extractor hood over the stove significantly diminishes comfort for stays longer than a couple of days (this is also something the hosts could quite easily fix or improve);
6. On the ground floor, there is a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke (fortunately, it didn't reach the bedroom);
7. The check-in process, which involves a separate, redundant system alongside Booking.com, is quite complicated and requires signing a short-term rental agreement to gain access to the apartment.
