Very nice personel, from receptionist to the staff on the floor; very lovely and warm people who likes to make a talk with you and help with your requests.
I have a special diet and was very pleased how they fulfill the requests (no egg in pancakes and lot vegetarian options next to the meat for example).
Also they are quick in assisting on your whatsapp if you need something or have a question.
Room was very clean with an outdoor shower.
The beach is very good walkable, but they provide a buggy service for free! (And Paje central city with the tuktuk at a additional charge of 3 dollars).
The facility was very modern and beautiful with pool and spa area.
Experience was 10/10 which I honestly found this good in Europe.
Internet but honestly was better quality where we are staying at the moment and everywhere we have been.

Rooms are nice and spacious.
- Wifi is good for working.
- Gym facilities are nice.
- Pool area is quite nice.
- Good products in the apartment - nice coffee, teas etc.
- Room cleaning is good and efficient.
Staff is really fake-friendly. You constantly feel like you are bothering them whenever you interact with them. They also almost always mess up your order in the restaurant (forget something).
- Not worth the price, the place is definitely not a 5 star. Other places have better access to the sea for the same price.
- Eating in their restaurant is expensive and quantity is not worth. Other places have more food for cheaper and better quality.
- Prices for doing laundry are absurd, they ask you to individually count each item that you want to wash and everything becomes super expensive.
