Location is great, and this is a good spot if you want a cheap stay in Belfast. Quite a big room with a private bathroom (with towels provided) and a shared kitchen (includes fridge but no cutlery or cooking utensils). If you don't intend to spend much time inside and just want a cheap place to sleep, it's a good option.
There are no cups, spoons, tea, coffee, but didn't mind this so much. The main issue was that the room needed more air and there was a misty smell from the air vents in the bathroom. Shared spaces were made dirty by other guests.

Ottima posizione vicino centro e mezzo public, stanza era grande, c'era il microonde.leto abbastanza comando.
Non c'erano né piatti né pentole!!!!! C'era solo una tazza!!!

location was good for buses and trains the property needs work
very noisy at night from outside and some other visitors in rooms
Mattress was absolutely shocking uncomfortable and felt every spring in it
$$$$
